Maca Ride for Cancer Raises Funds & Awareness for a Worthy Cause

Maca Ride for Cancer

The event, held on 15/16-oct-2022, aimed to raise funds and awareness for cancer research and support services.

Participants of all ages and skill levels took part in the ride, which offered various routes catering to different abilities. From beginners to seasoned cyclists, everyone had the chance to contribute to this important cause.

The Maca Ride for Cancer not only brought people together for a common purpose but also showcased the resilience and determination of the community. Despite the challenging terrain participants remained steadfast in their commitment to supporting those affected by cancer.

Local businesses and organisations rallied behind the event, offering sponsorships and donations to further bolster the fundraising efforts we would like to give special thanks to everyone involved and their generosity, combined with the passion and dedication of the riders, resulted in a significant amount of funds being raised to support cancer research, treatment, and patient care.

I’m incredibly proud of our community for coming together and making a difference. The Maca Ride for Cancer has become a symbol of hope and unity, showing that when we work together, we can achieve great things.
